Gambit Gaming have announced that they have secured the services of Bektiyar “fitch” Bakhytov from TENGRi on a trial basis.

The 25-year-old will spend three months on trial with the PGL Major Krakow champions after they reached an agreement withTengri for an undisclosed fee.

Bektiyar “fitch” Bahytov, a former teammate of Abay “HObbit”Khasenov, will have big shoes to fill as he will replace Danylo“Zeus” Teslenko, who moved to Natus Vincere alongside coach Mikhaylo “Kane” Blagin after the Major due to internal issues.

He had been part of Tengri since June of 2016, helping the Kazakh team to finish third at Adrenaline Cyber League 2016 and second at the most recent CIS Minor. At the offline qualifier for PGL Major Krakow, Tengri went out 0-3 following defeats tomousesports, BIG and dignitas

Gambit’s new roster will be in action in the closed qualifier for ESL One New York, scheduled for August 19-20. fitch will make his first offline appearance for the team at DreamHack Masters Malmö, at the end of the month.

This leaves the Kazakh team with the following roster:
